MARKETING ASSISTANT 

You will ideate, plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, community engagement and sales of the brand in Singapore and Malaysia. You should have a genuine passion for social media and content, think creatively, be able to write clear and engaging copy.

Day to day activities

  • Ideating, crafting and scheduling of social media posts
  • Liaising with creative team on marketing content
  • KOL and media outreach
  • Analysis of campaigns to ensure KPI is being met
  • Handling of marketing budget
  • Planning and execution of brand events

Skills required

  • Relevant experience in PR, marketing and social media industry
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • An obsession with digital media and technology
  • Great communication and collaborative skills
  • Experience in event planning is a bonus
  • Experience with ad buys (Meta, Tiktok and Google) is a bonus


ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT 

  • Process and fulfil daily ecommerce orders across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Pick, pack, label and prepare parcels for courier collection, including quality checks before dispatch
  • Update order statuses and ensure smooth handover to couriers within platform SLA requirements
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory movement between warehouse, retail and ecommerce
  • Flag low stock, discrepancies or damaged items promptly and maintain an organised fulfilment area
  • Communicate with customers on order status, delivery, availability, returns and showroom visit coordination
  • Process returns and reverse logistics, including system updates, stock reconciliation and courier tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and system providers to resolve operational or system issues
  • Support campaign periods, promotions, replenishment and ad hoc operational tasks

  • Natural on camera and comfortable with live streaming
  • Love to present, review and promote products and services
  • Enjoy interacting with people/ audience
  • Passionate, eloquent, motivated and hardworking
  • Develop understanding of brand, products and customers demographics
  • Strong and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, other mother-tougue - Mandarin, Malay, Tamil etc. is a plus
  • Any talent or hosting experience is a bonus
  • Able to commit to twice a week, with a min of 3 months commitment
