Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your
item to request an exchange.

Sale items and customised products are not eligible for exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:(a) Order number(b) Product exchange information (new model and/or size required)(c) Reason for exchange(d) Preference for exchange via mail or in-store.

Our team will be in touch within 1–3 working days.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at [email protected] immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will make it right.

 

Refunds 

We do not offer returns or refunds unless due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end. If so, please contact [email protected] and we will get it sorted for you.
